Come flow, dance, wiggle, and grow as we build up a sequence together, one pose at a time. This class builds heat from within, culminating in peak poses, inversions, and flowing at your own pace to feel the sequence as your body needs. Tapas room, high humidity, 60 minutes. Make sure to bring water and a mat ($2 mat rental for hot room mats), and register in advance on the Shanti Yoga Roots app or at shantiyogaroots.com. Arrive 15 minutes early, and cancel if you cannot attend to avoid a $15 late cancellation fee.
