- ➤ Cache Valley Chamber of Commerce announced its speakers for the Greater Cache Valley Economic Summit on Tuesday, Feb. 10 at Riverwoods Conference Center in Logan. - ➤ Utah lawmakers debated a bill to ban cellphones from bell-to-bell use in public K-12 schools, and the committee delayed action after the discussion. The proposal would replace current limits that only restrict phones during class time. The Herald Journal
- ➤ Utah law enforcement is increasing DUI patrols for Super Bowl Sunday with a statewide blitz from 26 agencies and 75 additional shifts to help prevent deadly crashes, and officials urge fans to plan a sober ride before kickoff. KVNU
