  • U.S. Rep. Blake Moore has introduced bipartisan legislation that would ban foreign investments and donations in collegiate sports (including NIL deals), a measure supported by Utah State Athletics. The bill aims to protect college athletics by blocking foreign influence in university sports.  Cache Valley Daily
