GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Multiple Cache County law enforcement and fire agencies will conduct an active shooter response training at Logan High School today starting at 3 p.m. The exercise simulates real-life scenarios with officers in full tactical gear and follow-up sessions scheduled for April, August and September.  KVNU

SPORTS NEWS

  • USU men’s basketball Aggies won the MW regular season outright Saturday afternoon at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum on Senior Day. The win positions them strongly as they cap off a memorable game.  The Herald Journal
  • Local baseball enthusiasts Bart Smith and Brandon Buck have created Bridger-Area Little League (BALL) to help youth baseball in Logan, where teams will be split into minor (no pitching) and major levels, playing 12 games and practicing twice weekly starting May 2.  KVNU
