- ➤ Local families in Cache Valley can breathe easier as a study found Provo among the top five most expensive cities with home prices nearly nine times local incomes, while Logan’s market remains more affordable (Cache Valley median home prices are 5.4 times median incomes). Cache Valley Daily
- ➤ A recent study by PropFusion using late 2024 data found Provo among the five priciest U.S. cities for home buyers due to high price-to-income ratios, while Logan and other Cache Valley communities show more manageable housing costs + healthier income ratios, offering local families relief. KVNU
