City officials in Logan announced that registration for spring and summer sports programs offered by the Parks + Recreation Department is now underway.

A 22-year-old man from southern Utah was arrested on March 28 in Logan for allegedly stealing a backpack from a mechanic shop and using a stolen credit card for nearly $1,000—police said he later admitted taking the bag and now faces charges of theft and unlawful financial use.
