- ➤ Albert Tunney, a 27-year-old from Logan, admitted at a March 31 court appearance to trying to strangle and cut a woman during a domestic dispute last fall and accepted a plea deal that allows him to avoid jail time if he does not commit further crimes—he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault producing loss of consciousness while four additional charges were dismissed without prejudice and a review hearing is set for March 29.
