- ➤ Dr. Jayme Walters (USU) was named a 2026 Rural Philanthropy Institute Research Fellow to study funding gaps for nonprofits serving Cache Valley and rural Northern Utah. Her project will begin in spring and conclude with a virtual presentation later in the year. Cache Valley Daily

- ➤ Former Cache County students who received special education services and were born in 2000 or 2001 must request copies of their records from the district’s Special Education Department in North Logan before May 15 — otherwise they will be destroyed. Cache Valley Daily
