  • State officials are warning local motorists about a tolling scam where texts and phone calls falsely claim an unpaid toll balance. The Utah Department of Transportation says scammers are trying to steal personal and bank information and urges anyone who receives these messages to contact their bank immediately—do not provide any payment details.  KVNU

REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • The Lazy R Ranch, a 70,000-square-foot Disney-inspired estate in Hyrum, will be auctioned from June 5 to June 18 with a starting bid expected to reach $8 million and a $100,000 refundable deposit needed to participate. The 154-acre property features a five-level main residence with eight bedrooms, themed rooms, and a pool barn under construction — making it the largest private home in Utah.  KVNU
