  • A 20-year-old Logan man was arrested on July 6 and charged with rape and aggravated assault after police responded following allegations that he strangled and raped his roommate— he was arraigned in Logan's 1st District Court and remains in Cache County Jail pending his next appearance on July 21.  Cache Valley Daily
