- ➤ Logan — A 47-year-old Ogden man, Anderson Bectemba Barnes, who exposed himself at USU and left notes with pornographic images on cars, was sentenced on July 7 to zero-to-five years in prison for violating probation, with 38 days served and his release date to be determined by the Utah State Board of Pardons and Parole.
