- ➤ A 53-year-old Wellsville man named Thomas Ray Richards was arrested after a deputy stopped him near Sherwood Hills on August 9 for a suspected DUI, during which a search of his vehicle and home uncovered a box from Oregon containing materials to make explosives—he was booked into Cache County Jail and now faces felony and misdemeanor charges.
