- ➤ Logan firefighters said they reached 50% containment for the Green Canyon Fire near a small electrical substation east of North Logan on Sunday after arriving within three minutes at 11:20 a.m., and they kept flames from damaging homes & power infrastructure as crews restored service to over 4000 homes by 4:30 p.m. while remaining on scene through today. - ➤ North Logan Mayor Lyndsay Peterson confirmed that Rocky Mountain Power restored service in North Logan and Hyde Park—just before 3 p.m. Sunday—after a substation fire caused an outage. The Herald Journal
