- ➤ The Rocky Mountain Power Foundation announced $261K in community and environmental grants this month to 51 organizations in Utah, Idaho— and Wyoming. The grants will fund projects such as affordable housing, workforce training, ecosystem conservation, outdoor education and community revitalization, including efforts in North Logan and Cache County. - ➤ The U.S. Department of Justice confirmed that Utah State University completed all requirements of a 2020 agreement addressing sexual harassment. Interim President Alan Smith said the university updated its policies and training — steps meant to build trust on campus. Cache Valley Daily
- ➤ At Utah State University’s Science Unwrapped program, anthropologists Sascha Baldauf and Molly Cannon presented their research on mummified remains Friday night at the Eccles Science Learning Center—explaining new study techniques for ancient tissues. The Herald Journal
