EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Utah State University reported a 3.2% increase in fall enrollment on Monday, and its Interim President said the rise shows the school’s commitment to access and opportunity + the uptick supports ongoing efforts to widen educational access. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Logan city officials issued a traffic advisory for the 1400 West intersection that provides access to Logan Landfill and the Environmental Department. Starting Oct. 13, the south side of State Road 30 was closed for reconstruction and repaving and work will continue until the end of October—drivers must use Cache Parkway at 1300 West to reach the landfill.
