Good morning, Logan.

Historic Elite Hall in Hyrum will soon get an east side addition that offers handicap access, a large flex space, and a kitchen designed to match its 1915 look—nearly all funds from private donors, grants, city support, and a tax grant have been secured, but about 25 percent more is needed before construction can begin.

A WalletHub report showed that Utah's average auto loan balance rose 1.49% to $20,849 with monthly payments of $518, placing Utah fifth in the nation for these increases.

The report noted that nearby states also saw steep rises—pointing to a regional trend driven by high car prices, interest rates and strong demand.
