- ➤ In southern Cache County, candidates are split on a public indoor rec center meant to give residents winter play space — some support it if costs and taxes are kept low while others oppose any new tax increase. The Cache Valley Indoor Recreation Initiative Team gathered responses from candidates and officials in Millville, Providence, Hyrum, Wellsville, Nibley, River Heights, Paradise, and Mendon.
