- ➤ Downtown Logan will host the Twinkle Light Parade on Nov. 29 as the highlight of the Center Street Holiday Celebration starting at 5 p.m. at the Center Street Arch. Organizers will invite cars, scooters, floats, trucks, and utility vehicles to sign up free and will offer a 10 a.m. race, ice skating sessions, holiday film screenings, a gift market, live music, and a fireworks display — Santa’s arrival and festive activities are set to bring pre-Christmas cheer — for community members to enjoy.
