USU’s Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science conducted a study comparing AI-generated recipes with those written by students.
Participants rated the recipes similarly on ease and ingredient use, but expressed concerns over AI’s lack of a personal touch — a reminder that human testing remains key in the kitchen.
🏥 Health
A recent study by Steele Adams Hosman law firm found Utah's roads ranked as the nation's fourth safest during the Christmas holiday period — with only 4.89 fatalities per million residents compared to the national average.
